Bikini Secrets to Keep you in Shape

So you want to head out into that deep blue looking sexy and confident in your designer swimwear.  As you paddle into the break your abs glistering and your legs looking fierce like Tina Turner.  It really isn’t all a dream and you can make it come true.  Workout to get a bikini body are all about consistency and effort.  You have to put a photo in your head of a hot piece of luxury swimwear then go to work and achieve that image.  Here are a few tips to help guide you out.

 

 

1. Water. I can not repeat this one enough!  Water is the fuel of life.  Your body craves it and it flushes away the fluids that cause bloat and the toxins that clog your skin up.  Try incorporating water and lemon into that early morning rise instead of coffee.  Get that detox effect going.

 

2. Abs are made in the kitchen.  You can do all the ab crunches in the world and still see no results if you’re feeding your body junky foods.  Let your kitchen be a place where your abs will be born.  Go for lean proteins, complex cards and leafy greens. If you want that beach body that Olivia Munn and AnnaLynne McCord have, you’ve got to pick the foods that will give you that muscle tone.  Get that white glow with designer swimwear by the name of Starry Eyed White.

 

3. Keep a workout calendar.  Without a workout calendar, you will find that you procrastinate on your workouts.  You need to remain accountable and a calendar will give you the program for that.

 

4.
