Motivation Monday: Achieving Luxury Swimwear Goals

Cmon bikini babes,lets get moving!

It happens to all of us; the hectic routine, the stress, the I’ll-get-to-it’s. Well, let me tell you this, that routine and busy schedule should not define your health goals this summer! It is easy to leave working out as the last thing on your list but it is so important to keep active…however old one may be! Don’t let your summer fit goals pack away in extra pounds, work it out! Look incredible in Luxury Swimwear this summer, show it off to your friends and those who didn’t believe in you! Do it for the Designer Swimwear… ahhhh, our favorite! Follow these little tricks to keep you in line this summer and on  your way to your health goals, babe!

Work it out ladies, it is never too late to start!

 

1. If your only free time is in the morning but you are not a morning person…

 

Go to bed in your workout clothes! It is hard to become a morning person right off the bat, but c’mon, it’s so worth it. I have personally found that being up earlier makes me feel more productive, feels like I’m actually doing something with my day! Need another trick? Set your phone/ alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off. If this doesn’t get you moving, I don’t know what will!

 

2. If you need motivation but don’t know where to find it…

 

You are your biggest motivator! Stop comparing yourself to others at the gym and at the grocery store, but get moving. Compare yourself to yourself, to the you of a week ago, look at your progress and think about how much more improvement you can make. Keep telling yourself, “I can do it!!”

 

3. I am too busy with work and too tired when I get off…

 

Go for a walk with a friend! As I said before, it is easy to just go to bed after a stressful day, but it is recommended that you go for a 20-30 minute walk…every day! This will get your blood pumping and endorphins flowing (according to Elle Woods, this makes you happy!). So make this your time to wind down, let the stress levels come down.

 

Stop looking for excuses and focus on the better version of who you want to be. It is never too late, babe! You’ve got it.
