We all have those days where we see our Luxury Swimwear simply sitting in our closet and think to ourselves, “just a little longer until I can look incredible.” That “little longer” suddenly never comes and summer rolls by without you getting in that bikini. With summer being only a month away, we are here to help you achieve your sexy bikini body goals. It is not all about being skinny or a size 0, but about feeling healthy and being confident in your own skin! The moment when I need my personal fix of motivation is when I get back from work and simply stare at my workout clothes. That’s the first step to take! Yes it will hurt, you will be sore, and feeling it during the work out, but the end result is such a nice payoff. Make that change of lifestyle with Lady Lux as your motivational coach!
Motivation #1: Start Somewhere
We are not all natural running super stars. Take it easy on yourself and simply start by changing your meal and workout habits. A nice challenge is to go out and walk/ run a mile a day. This has become my favorite part of my day. Take a friend with you and walk around your block, catch up about your day, while getting a nice little workout in. Just think of how great those legs will look in that Free Spirit Bikini by the time summer comes around!
Motivation #2: Stop comparing Yourself to Others
You are your own worst critic. Do not get down or begin to compare yourself when you see others at the beach. Begin comparing yourself to YOU yesterday. Think about how far you have come and find your own motivation in that! Have an accountability partner to cheer you on! Be gentle with yourself, you are doing the best you can. When you begin to feel tired during that run, remember why you started.
Motivation #3: I Can & I Will
Believe in yourself. Get out of bed with a positive attitude! Get that workout in and begin your morning on a positive note. Mondays are tough, I get you, the weekend is over and we are back to reality, but do not let that stop you from achieving your dreams and goals.
Here’s a Monday quote for you:
“Nothing makes a woman more beautiful than the belief that she is beautiful.”
Bring it on, Monday.
