A life of luxury must include chic restaurants, fine wine, and amazing views. Not sure where to go with your honey? Lady Lux has the scoop on the hottest restaurant with the most exquisite foods. Valentine’s Day 2015 will only occur once, so make it a memorable one with a romantic, luxurious evening.
As a California based company we are, understandably, a little biased towards our beautiful state so our first recommendation is for Moonshadows Malibu. This restaurant boasts breathtaking views of the pacific and serves a unique fusion of Asian, Italian and American cuisines. We love that they offer a special Valentine’s Day brunch along with a dinner and both menus look delicious. Diners claim it’s one of the most romantic restaurants in Los Angeles and we love the Blue Lounge bar right next door; it’s the perfect spot to grab a cocktail before dinner or finish off your romantic evening with a nightcap.
Our second recommended restaurant is in our hometown of Newport Beach and it’s called 21 Oceanfront, voted the most romantic restaurant in Orange County. This beautiful restaurant serves decadent sea food and they also have a beautiful Valentine’s Day menu. Diners rave over this restaurant, recommending the Chilean Sea Bass and gushing over the service. Twentyone Oceanfront also serves fabulous drinks and has an extensive wine list. We love that they have a special winemaker’s dinner in their exclusive private wine cellar.
For our third recommendation we finally looked outside of our state and found the super hot restaurant Azul in Miami. It’s located in the Mandarin Oriental hotel and has stunning views of Biscayne Bay. Diners love their their unique, eclectic menu that serves a blend of Mediterranean and Asian dishes. This is definitely a place to take your Valentine if they want an exciting, inventive meal in a romantic restaurant. Plus Azul serves over 700 wines from around the world and the Martini Bar (how fab!) serves over 200 different kinds of martinis. Swoon!
Our fourth recommendation is Cantina Beach, also in Miami, because diners say that the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re on an island in the Caribbean. This restaurant serves Latin American food and has casually sophisticated décor for a luxurious, romantic evening. Like the restaurants mentioned above, diners say service is impeccable and the food is delicious. This restaurant has an extensive tequila lists and also has a pool-side menu for those interested…how fab!
Finally, our last recommendation is for River Park New York located in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood. This romantic spot has beautiful views of the east river and serves farm to table food. The Chef changes his menu daily to serve diners the freshest foods from local farms, including the Riverpark Farm (eco chic!) itself. There’s an expansive patio perfect for drinks or dinner; the perfect spot for you and your Valentine.
