Let’s begin our leg workout with some old-fashioned squats. Yes ladies, feel the burn. If you are feeling up for the challenge, throw in a side leg lift when you bounce back up from your squat- this will burn that extra calorie we want. Another oldie but goodie are lunges. Form on these is critical, keep your chest up and walk out those lunges. Do three sets of ten for both of these workouts. Planks are our best friend when it comes to working out our bellies. Start with a 30-second plank, repeat 3 times. Once again, throw in an extra leg lift to push your limit. Crunches are also important. These will define your abs, while planks will flatten your belly. For abs, lay on your back and bring up both your legs and upper body to the point where they start to quiver. While in that position, bring your legs in and out- do 3 sets of 15. Lastly ladies, arms. It is so easy to forget about toning our arms. And yes, these moves will get you feeling sore but looking great. Grab a set of weights and start off with doing 20 bicep curls. These will get you warmed up and feeling it quick. The second move will be 90 degree exercise with dumbbells also. Simply open your arms to shoulder length and bring it back- do 3 sets of 15.
