Welcome to Miami

It’s that time of year again, time for the annual Miami Swim trade show! We have touched down in Miami this morning and are more than excited to meet with retailers and distributors to share what we’ve been working so hard on for 2014! Most of all, that means we’re that much closer to sharing the collection with you, our trusted customers and fans! In honor of the fun week ahead in the beautiful Miami, we’ve put together some fun Miami Beach luxury swimwear looks inspired by the colorfully vibrant city!

Miami is a city with culture. A city that loves fun, bright colors and prints. So what better way to dress for the beach than with both?! The Crazy For You bikini features a trendy chevron print- perfect for the beach and for trendy Miami. The bright colors in the bikini will pop against the sand and against all of the bright colors throughout the city (buildings, water… everything seems to be full of color). How would we style the Crazy For You bikini? A fresh, white maxi skirt keeps the focus on the bright bikini. Paired with brown wedges (perfectly basic for the beach) as well as purple accessories, you’ll be the talk of the town in your designer swimwear. Style your hair in loose, beachy curls to keep with the semi-glam theme and your look is complete!

Our next look features the Paradise bandeau and is even brighter than the first look. Color blocking is a huge trend for summer, and what better way to sport the trend than with your luxury swimwear? We loved the color blocking of turquoise and coral in the Melt Away bikini so much, we figured we would try it out large-scale with the Paradise bandeau. Style the bandeau with coral accessories like this coral maxi skirt- which features a sheer paneling effect which has enough modesty for the day, but remains sexy. Beachy accessories include a straw tote and brown sandals. By sweeping the hair off your shoulders in a chic, braided bun- you can show off the braided strap detail of the bandeau.

Other style tips that are great for Miami Beach? Remember, the city is known for its hot weather and even hotter people- so keep your look sexy. Lady Lux has the perfect sexy suits for the city and we can’t wait to show them off at the swim trade show!

Put your Spring Into Summer with Sexy Bikinis

I get so giddy for spring because I know all the beautiful transitions that will give way to summer.  There I am in my designer swimwear ready to hit the beach.  I can not wait.  It seems to me that Rita Rusic agrees with me.  She looked hot at Miami Beach in a red hot piece of luxury swimwear.  This sexy lady is toned!  Get your color combination on with Pretty Young Thing (Coral).

This Croatian singer, actress and producer hit the beach at 52 looking so hot it burns our eyes.  It’s all about the workout ladies.  Keep that lifestyle out and your luxury swimwear days will be prolonged.  She totally looks strong and athletic. Check out that posture and those abdominal muscles!

Spring is a time when you’re busting out your fashion game and making an entrance in less heavier clothes.  It’s really a time to prepare for summer.  Summer is colorful and experimental.  It’s a time to rock patterns and a time to venture into color combinations.  Don’t be scared to throw yourself into an energetic taste of designs.  You can be fashionable and fearless in designer swimwear just as much as you are in your street clothes!

The other thing I love about the summer are the summer dresses.  Eva Longoria is wearing hers very well.  I like the deep rich color and the white incorporated into the whole look.  This patterns are to dye for.  They mimic that whole checkered look without quite being checkered.  Pair that short dress with some serious gladiator heels and your legs will go on for miles.  This outfit is what you call a head-turner. The legs, the length, the hair and the bag! Wow!  The greatest thing about this dress is also the airy nature of it.  You can beat the heat looking fashionable and sexy.  Get your pattern game on with the Heaven Can’t Wait Monokini.
