Rihanna Rocks Spring’s Hottest Trends

Despite her notorious “bad girl” image, there’s no denying that Rihanna is a remarkably stunning girl. The Barbados beauty has skin that’s always glowing and a style that’s all her own. We love how often Rihanna is spotted at the beach or by the pool, always sporting the hottest trends in designer swimwear. With a body like hers- she always manages to look amazing whether she’s lounging poolside or hitting up the jet-skis off the coast of her home country. We pulled some of our favorite spring trends that the singer has been pictured in- and show you how to get the look using your Lady Lux swimwear.

Prints are huge for spring. Whether it’s stripes, polka dots, florals, or chevron- if you’re wearing a pattern, you’re most likely on trend for spring. Lady Lux especially loves florals for spring because it shows off the season’s best attribute- flowers! Rihanna was photographed wearing a multicolored floral bandeau very similar to the Lady Lux Floral Fantasy bandeau. If bandeau’s aren’t your thing- Lady Lux has so many other floral styles to offer such as Secret Escape, More Than A Feeling, and Bed Of Roses. Our favorite part about RiRi’s look? The trendy body chain she’s so often seen wearing while at the beach and/or pool.

Our next favorite trend is actually a color- turquoise. Turquoise is one of those rare shades that’s flattering on virtually any skin tone. Not only that, but if you aren’t lucky enough to make an impromptu trip to Barbados, the hue will leave you dreaming of tropical ocean waters. The Lady Lux Paradise bandeau is exactly that- paradise in a swimsuit (well, the color at least). The slight shimmer in the bandeau’s material adds to the glamorous feel to the suit.

Here at Lady Lux, we absolutely cannot get enough of chevron- one of spring’s hottest prints. The print is so easily transformed from boho, to super-chic, to everything in between. Rihanna was spotted wearing a multicolored orange chevron print on her luxury swimwear. Similar, Lady Lux‘s Call On Me has a fun, multicolored chevron print. For a more monochromatic look, check out the Crazy For You bikini- which features all shades of purple. Again, Rihanna is wearing her favorite body chain- which we absolutely adore.

So which trend is your favorite? Or will you be seen in all of them, like Rihanna? Just remember to pack your sunscreen and your body chain and you’ll be ready for the beaches of Barbados!

Kelly Rowland and Rihanna Shine at the Grammys

Rihanna wowed at the 2013 Grammys by singing “Stay” on stage as part of the Bob Marley tribute.  On the same note, she looked fiery in a red gown with a sexy Alaia gown all the way down to the shoes.  The Bajan beauty came out for the cameras and this vibrant color was meant to be seen.  This see-through chiffon frock was really pushing the strict dress code that was in effect at this grand music event. But that’s why we love this Barbadoes crooner.  She pushes the envelope and you can never know what surprise to expect from her.

Her makeup was on point and her hair lay in a soft sweep to the side.  What a Pretty Young Thing! Rihanna was wearing one of our inspirational colors is designer swimwear.  In this case Rhi Rhi is wearing a color that is both passionate and romantic.  In fact, research has shown that men tend to relate the attractive factor to women wearing rich colors like red and coral.  It’s definitely in out luxury swimwear palette.

Kelly Rowland also looked gorgeous in her body flattering black Pucci gown.  This gown hugs a woman in all the right places.  It’s like a road that fits, and follows, all her curves.  It sweeps and contours and makes Ms. Rowland look elegant.  The black gown can be found in the elegance of luxury swimwear.  This Pretty Young Thing in Black wowed us at the Superbowl and at the Grammy’s.  Talent overload. Her quest to grace the limelight could not have been better timed and the place was absolutely perfect.  Her dress makes her name audible in our ears and her style memorable.

Both ladies showed some risk taking as they wore gowns that pushed on the “no entry” list but, that didn’t stop them from coming out full force.  Come out full force by checking out the latest in designer swimwear.
