Candice Swanpoel: Sexy Luxury Swimwear Style

Candice Swanepoel Luxury Swimwear Inspiration

Drop dead gorgeous is what we think of Candice Swanepoel.   She is insanely beautiful with a rockin body.  Candice is our inspo on this Monday morning.  While Candice is always in the spotlight as a Victoria Secret angel, we still love to see what she has been up to.  She is a great role model as well as model and actress.

Candice Swanepoel: Luxury Swimwear Style

Candace in Lady Lux Deja Vu

All the way from South Africa, Candice started out modeling for major fashion companies such as Versace, Michael Kors, Dolce and has been featured in Italian Vogue.  We love Candice’s confidence and beautiful nature that makes her stand out.  In 2012 she was featured in Maxims Hot 100 List which was a great honor.  Even though we see her in all sorts of lingerie and swimwear, we thought she would rock our designer monokini  Déjà Vu  in turquoise, this would not only accentuate her long god given legs, but it’s a great color on her.  It has a great plunge neck in the front a fun hardware that makes a great statement.  Looking at her spread in Italian Vogue was also another reason why we love her in bright up beat colors.

Candice in Lady Lux Paris Valentine

In 2010 is when Candice became a Victoria Secret model.   We love how she has worked her way up through the industry and achieving her dreams.  She seems very down to earth and a bubbly person to be around.  Our next pick for Candice is our luxury bikini Paris Valentine.  It’s a fun bandeau top that she could wear lounging by the pool or even on an exotic vaca with close friends Behati Prinsloo and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.   Since she is always in the spotlight we think this sexy bikini would be the perfect fit!

Animal Print Designer Beachwear

Fashion Week Animal Print Fashion

The fashion world is buzzing after the Spring/Summer 2014 collections were shown at New York Fashion Week this month, and there are so many things we are looking forward to next season! We saw many new and old trends come through in the new designs, but there is no denying that bold prints are going to be everywhere. Show after show contained neutrals mixed with bright colors and everything from floral prints to tribal prints. One particular print we are seeing time and time again is the animal print, whether it’s on apparel, accessories, shoes or luxury designer swimwear pieces. Of course we will be featuring some great new animal prints in the new Lady Lux Clothingcollection that will be coming soon to our online boutique!

Desert Rose Designer Maxi Dress

Designers from Roberto Cavalli to Rebecca Taylor and so many others featured many different animal prints in their collections, but we did see quite a bit of the oh so luxurious snake print. The snake print pieces are not only found in your typical neutral colors, you can expect to see some bright snake prints in the coming seasons. Animal prints have always been a hot trend, but now we are seeing more and more used in couture collections, and we hope they keep it coming! The Desert Rose a stunning new Lady Lux apparel piece from the 2014 collection that features a neutral brown snake print on a very sexy maxi cut. This style is the perfect cover up for your luxury swimwear and will coordinate with so many new bikini and monokini styles from the new collection.

Desert Rose Designer Pants

We are loving the traditional use of animal prints as well as the new combinations we are seeing. For a bold and couture look, animal prints can be worn from head to toe (when done right!) for a couture look, or they can be paired with solids for a more classic look. We love the new Desert Rose Pant paired with your favorite designer swimwear and a solid top. You can even complete the look with bright colored accessories for a fun pop of color. Make sure to keep your eye out for the launch of the new collection of designer swimsuits and apparel.

Not only has chevron been a staple in apparel this year, but we have seen it translated into everything else from accessories and jewelry to furniture and dishes. Interior designers and DIY pros have taken the chevron print to another level with chevron painted walls and even chevron framed art. It is clear that this is a style choice we can all agree on and it looks good just about anywhere!

Stay on Trend with Lady Lux

Spring is in full bloom! If you’re like us, you like to stay on top of all of the hottest trends of the season. There were so many trends we saw on the runways this season that we loved! Those trends are starting to pop up in stores across the country- and we want to show you how to incorporate them into your Lady Lux look!

First Trend: Florals.

Florals are feminine, classic, and timeless. It seems as if they come up on every spring runway from year to year, but we’re not complaining! They’re so easy to incorporate into your look! If you’re feeling bold, you can go head-to-toe like this Ralph Lauren dress as shown on the runway. Otherwise, feel free to mix and match a bit with your blouse or pants being floral. Accessories also work great for this look! No matter the year, florals are always in style when it comes to swimwear. Lady Lux offers so many great luxury swimwear options such as the Bed of Roses Bikini and More Than A Feeling Tunic posted above, to the Floral Fantasy Bandeau shown below it, to many more like the More Than A Feeling Bikini and Secret Escape Bikini. Sitting poolside in one of these cute prints you’re sure to stop traffic!

Second Trend: Stripes.

Forget seeing spots- we’re seeing stripes!!! Stripes are another trend that pops up on most spring runways from year to year. While black and white stripes are great- here at Lady Lux we’re big fans of the candy colored stripes, such as the pink and brown stripes at Dior. Break out of your bubble with the turquoise and gold stripes of the Sunkissed Bandeau by Lady Lux. Or, get nautical with the navy and white stripes of the Ready or Naut bikini. Like florals, stripes are always timeless and cute. If you’re feeling extra bold- try mixing stripes and florals together!

Third Trend: Leather Detailing.

Who said leather was just for warm coats and cold weather? Whoever it was obviously didn’t get a look at the trends for spring 2013- because leather is EVERYWHERE! From dresses, to cute peplum tops, to bikinis, leather is easy to incorporate into your spring look! We love Jessica Biel’s white ensemble with her pop of pink in her shoes. White leather? Instantly a fresh, spring look! If head-to-toe leather isn’t your cup of tea, try using leather accents on pieces in your look such as the Call Me Maybe bikini or the Crazy For You bikini. It’s an easy way to incorporate this spring trend without having to fully commit!

So now you have it- some easy ways to not only incorporate spring’s hottest trends into your wardrobe, but also into your beach attire! So, grab some designer swimwear by Lady Lux and stay trendy!
