Exchange Policy
Lady Lux would like to ensure all of our valued customers experience hassle free transactions. We ask that you please read the following so that your transaction is a quick and easy experience.
All sales are final. No refunds. We will gladly exchange the size or style within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods in any of these conditions, we will charge you $20.00 and return the item(s) to you. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damages that occur. In an unlikely event the merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace the item at no additional charge to you.
Exchanged items must be received by Lady Lux within 10 days from the time your authorization number is issued. After 10 days, the assigned authorization number is void.
- To process your exchange request, login in to your account or register.
- Scroll down to Order History and locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to wish to exchange. Follow the prompts to initiate your exchange request.
- An RA# will be issued within 24 hours on all valid exchanges. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your exchange is processed. Lady Lux is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
