Lady Lux® would like to ensure all of our valued customers experience hassle free transactions. We ask that you please read the following so that your transaction is a quick and easy experience.
All sales are final. No refunds. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Lady Lux E-Gift Card and does not expire until fully used. Lady Lux does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
All gift cards, e-gift certificates, accessories, jewelry and final sale merchandise may not be returned for credit or exchange.
Items must be sent back within 21 days of the delivery date.
All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods in any of these conditions, we will charge you $20.00 and return the item(s) to you. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damages that occur.
In an unlikely event the merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace the item at no additional charge to you.
Exchanged items must be received by Lady Lux® within 10 days from the time your authorization number is issued. After 15 days, the assigned authorization number is void.

We are required by the state of Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania to charge sales tax. We are required to charge freight tax on orders shipped to Florida.
For international orders, duties and taxes are not included at the price at checkout. Lady Lux® cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs.
At checkout, you may enter valid promo codes. Lady Lux® promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Summary section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally, current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.
Lady Lux® guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow your care instructions. Lady Lux suits are delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise
