Lady Lux® would like to ensure all of our valued customers experience hassle free transactions. We ask that you please read the following so that your transaction is a quick and easy experience.

All sales are final. No refunds. All returns including exchange requests are refunded via store credit in the form of a Lady Lux E-Gift Card and does not expire until fully used. Lady Lux does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

All gift cards, e-gift certificates, accessories, jewelry and final sale merchandise may not be returned for credit or exchange.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Items must be sent back within 21 days of the delivery date.

All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods in any of these conditions, we will charge you $20.00 and return the item(s) to you. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damages that occur.

In an unlikely event the merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace the item at no additional charge to you.

Exchanged items must be received by Lady Lux® within 7 days from the time your authorization number is issued. After 7 days, the assigned authorization number is void.
